Smith and Associates is a marketing company. Our goal it to help all breeders succeed at producing quality seed stock. The following is the terms of operation between S&A and the bull owner that has a bull enrolled into the HERD SIRES program.
S&A will market and advertise the bull in breed magazines shows/sales, and online as well.
S&A will be responsible for shipping the ordered semen and certificates to the producer in a reasonable time frame. S&A will also collect the receipts on ordered shipments through their company. S&A will pay all royalties from the sales along with account summaries on a quarterly basis. March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1.
The bull owner is responsible to ship the semen and certificates to the location requested by S&A. The bull owner is responsible to set the price of the semen and certificates. The bull owner is responsible to notify S&A of any changes pertaining to the amount of semen available, change in ownership, change in price, or death of the bull. The bull owner may remove his inventory of both semen and certificate at his expense with written notice.
